Friday Photo – Wind Power

Last Saturday Dad and I went to Calumet for a Memorial Service. We talked with some of the folks who we discovered were distant relatives. They described some of the damage of the recent rash of tornados that struck Oklahoma.

After the service, we drove by some of the places where the aftermath of the tornado was apparent. Here the twisted metal seemed to have been shaped for the tree.

Talk of wind power generally trends toward  “wind mills.” But, recently we have been witness to wind power of a different kind.
