Paul offered a couple of excellent posts. A clip from the first,

It’s said that while the Ottoman Turks were breaching the walls of
Constantinople the people were inside debating a theological issue.
The question was this: If a fly lands in holy water, does the fly make
the water unholy, or does the water make the fly holy?

The second is simply a link to a video you must see.

Hey cuz. This is the lost cousin in St Louis. So whoa…I’m glad you’re in the middle of all of this and not me. I don’t think I could handle it.

I just ran in to your and Paul’s blog. It’s cool to see what God is doing in the family. I tell people almost weekly that I am so greatful for my family heritage. I’m so blessed to have brothers and cousins who are on the front line of ministry (that is unless they’re wasting all of their time blogging– whatever the heck that is).

Anyway…hopethings are going well in OK. Next time I’m in the City I’ll buy you a beverage of your choice.

PS. I think the fly gets drunk off the holy water then goes to hell.

Randall, glad you stopped by. You may be right about the fly. Call when you are in town.
