The Mission Book – A Contribution

My friends over at The Upstream Collective invited me to write a short piece for their online book, The Mission Book. My chosen title, In Season and Out. The chapter has been posted for a while.

Natalie, one of the editors, recently invited me to respond to some questions the piece raised. I offered replies and the exchange is now up over at The Upstream Collective blog.

If you happen over, give your thoughts, critiques. What may I have missed? What could I have said a bit better? I will be responding to the comment thread as I have occasion.

Thanks to my friends at The Upstream for the invitation and the opportunity. These occasions often force us to think about what we might say in a short space about a common subject, common to churches and Jesus followers.
