Our recent record setting cold quickly took its toll on Fall colors. Almost overnight reds and yellows turned a dull brown.

Our last outing with the grands and their parents took us to the Myriad Gardens. It was just before Halloween. While many other flowers had long lost their colorful petals, this Lilly popped against its green background.

Next year we will see these beauties again. And, we will be glad.
