Friday Photo – “Our Baby Is Having a Baby”

Danny Glover’s character, Sgt. Murtaugh, looks a bit off kilter. He gets the news his daughter is pregnant. With the look of disbelief he says, “My baby is having a baby.”

We learned this week that “our baby is having a baby.” Tommie reflected on her blog a few weeks ago that she thought she was ready to be a “mommy.” The doctor confirmed yesterday morning that we can expect an addition to our resume as grandparents next January.

We are not in disbelief, though there is a certain confirmation we are getting older with this news. We are excited. Jason and Tommie will make great parents.

Congratulations to them! And, to us.
