Friday Photo – Introducing Oikoshandmade

I want to be creative. I try to be creative. But alas, most of the time the best I can do is enjoy those who are and celebrate their gifts to us.

Our two girls inherited their mother’s creativity. And, that is a good thing. Our oldest, Kimberly, has taken to crocheting like a duck to water. Since Cohen was born she has found herself buying yarn and making hats, shoes, and more for him. That branched out to items for we who are a wee bit bigger.

Last month she launched a website, Oikoshandmade, telling the story of her family – Craig and Cohen. She also has found that her handmade items are quite popular. She opened up a “shop” over at Big Cartel. Obviously we are proud of her. So, if you have a little one – your own or a grandson – click over, check things out and get your order in. Or, you may seem something that would “fit” you.

Right now she has a contest going on. There is still time to enter and win.

Enjoy. We do!
